Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once the full payment has been received and confirmation issued.

2. Payments

*   Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking

*   A refundable breakage / damage / noise deposit is required and no keys will be handed over unless the deposit has been paid.

*   Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking platform used or the rate selected.

Unless otherwise stated:

*   Cancellations made within the free-cancellation period (more than 3 weeks ) will be refunded according to platform rules

*   Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment

All cancellation policies comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

4. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within a reasonable time and returned via the original payment method where possible.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

*   Check-in is 14h00 and check-out is 10h00.

*   Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and approval

6. House Rules

Guests agree to comply with house rules, including noise policies and property care. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit or termination of the stay without refund.

7. Responsibility and Conduct

Guests are responsible for:

*   Any damage caused during their stay

*   The behaviour of all occupants and visitors

TravelBugs Stay accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Force Majeure

TravelBugs Stay will not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or wildlife activity.
